First off I'd like to say that this is a really great model. Great hair color, great outfit... the model is really superb. But the editing and the placement of smoke throw me off.
What I love about this picture the most is the pose. Her legs look extra long the way she's laying, her head is positioned perfectly, her stare is mesmerizing and little details like her nail polish matching her hair really brings everything together. The background seems to fit perfectly for something like this as well. The mood is perfect.
What I dislike is the placement of the smoke. I believe that this picture would have been much more successful had the smoke been behind the model instead of the front. Lighting would have been more aesthetically pleasing behind her as well. I'm not sure how much of the smoke was edited, but as somebody else had stated below in the comments, the smoke seems to be blurring out a lot of the model's body, which is a shame since it's beautiful.
