The pose reminds me of Marilyn Manson's Mechanical Animals album cover. There's something creepy about it. The contrast between the boring, commonplace, depreciative JUNK sweater and the highly fashionable leopard skirt works like an analogy. The top's platitude and wastedness complements the bottom's fake fanciness. I interpret this as a criticism of high society. Also, wow, wonderful background.
