Huhh...you know...I love your artwork, and sometimes its hard to write real critique what is good, or what is wrong on this image.
If I look as common visitor, I LOVE this pic, the colors, the saturated red and dark colours, and no vignetting, and nice bokeh. Very cool. The buildup of theme is amazing too as the lighting of upper body.
If I look on this pic as photographer, and if I may advice you something as critique... its hard.. emotionaly is so deep this picture, so if are rules in the photography / sometimes are no rules.
The expression and the facelines are beautiful as the impression of mix the dark and hot colors.
Maybe I try to make this image @f2.2+ / the fix lenses are getting real sharp @f2.8, and the most sharper are @f5.6. f1.8 is very edged DOF, and your hair is not sharp on the top...
What do you think?

great photograph really well laid out ... great effect on the background bringing and focusing the viewers attention on the foreground ... the foreground is great all in focus love the contrast in colours ... the one and only thing i would change is lay the hand (or fingers) of the girl flat on the breast because at the moment it seems awkwardly and unnaturally placed as well as leaving a large distracting shadow beneath the wrist ... but other wise great photo looking forward to seeing more of your work ... feel free to check out my small collecting of work at [link]

This may be weird, but as I scrolled down I realised I would have absolutely LOVED this picture of it was cut at her shoulders, and you could only see her from shoulders and up. Then you focus more on her face (which has a very intresting and odd expression) and the beautiful forest and its magical colors in the background. Plus the picture would be a bit oddly framed which would make it more intresting to me.

im not sure how i feel about the hand dropped that way. it doesnt look really natural. but beautiful all the same
