I feel that this is quite a well done piece. The set up and position of all of the major elements within the picture are quite neatly and interestingly arranged. One's eye is drawn throughout the picture to one point of interest after another--from her vibrant hair to the composition of her outfit, down the crook of her legs and then to the surrounding environment. My only suggestion for change would be that her pose is quite inorganic and interrupts the visual story-telling element of the picture.
What is she doing? The tilt of her head away from the viewer begins to tell a story (is she shy, emotionally tumultuous, could she be searching for something or thinking deeply) but then the story is abruptly interrupted. The angle of her legs doesn't feel particularly natural within the scene. Perhaps you were not intending to tell a story within the piece but I think it would have a much stronger impact with a stronger story and the beginning of a sense of mystery is definitely there.
