Firstly, I love those electric red bokeh in the bottom left corner, they are just magical, so clean and evenly spread. Very nice effect indeed and certainly fits in with the rest of the colour scheme.
The colour scheme itself is unusual, not often you see such a nice combination of bright yellow and red with subtle pinks. It would have taken some skill to place all the elements and light them appropriately in order for them all to work in so much harmony
I love that yellow top, it's got a nice texture and cosy feel, and there's a warmth in the yellow that really helps link it back to the reds. The makeup is flawless, beautiful and sharp, the lips and eyeliner just so striking in their design and thanks to the angling of the model's face.
I think in fact, the most effective thing done in this piece is the use of the out of focus hair as it moves, this makes everything so much more dynamic and lively, not to mention the beautiful shapes, colours and lighting that results from this moody head flick. It really all combines to form an almost spontaneous kind of shot, although there is plenty of artistic techniques here that suggest a great deal of planning behind it.
For me, it's a gorgeous snapshot of a lovely lady as she walks down a street and causally turns her head, and everything around her works perfectly in sync just at the moment to produce this lovely moment.
There's really not a lot I would want to change with this one, maybe consider lightening the dark top corner area, to see how it affects the piece, or smooth out that little crease in her neck (not the main neck muscle one but the smaller slightly distracting one), or even attempt to remove the dark line behind the bokeh shapes, but these are all editing related ideas that I appreciate some artists rather not do, because they want to leave their shaping of the picture to the photography side.
These are but small possible points for refinement, I truly love this piece! Very warming and cheerful
