Loving this photo!! As the previous critique-r stated this wouldn't be nearly as strong in color. This has so much drama to it. I disagree about it looking like drag. The feeling I get from this shot is more like the Clara Bow era "It" girls, just a more modern version of that genre. Maybe a bit of Dresden Dolls influence in there?
As for what I'd change, I would love to see the shadow side of the nose and neck darker. Another thing, and this is me being nit-picky, but I'd photoshop those neck wrinkles out. They are natural enough, but I personally find them distracting.
I really like this. I think that the composition is really nice and the cleanness of the lip color meshes well with the drama that is being showed in the eye. I also like the beauty mark on her shoulder. This also strikes me as slightly draggish. Please do not take that the wrong way, but I think that it's the arch of the eyebrow and the intensity of the stare and the almost masculine jaw line. It almost looks as if the model has a white face with the makeup over it, the way that the shoulder/neck is a little darker than the face. I do love this in black and white though and don't think that it would be as striking in color. Very nicely done.

Overall: spectacular image!!
